Act No. 16 (H. 178). An act relating to commissioning Department of Corrections
personnel as notaries public
Subjects: Professions and occupations; exemptions; notaries public
This act adds individuals employed by the Vermont Department of Corrections to the
list of individuals who may be commissioned as notaries public to perform notarial acts
within the scope of their official duties while being exempted from all regular
requirements for notaries public.
