Act No. 49 (H. 94). An act relating to removing the Reach Up ratable reduction
Subjects: Human services; Reach Up; ratable reduction
This act directs the Department for Children and Families to submit a report to the
General Assembly containing an actionable, phased plan that estimates the amount
needed to remove the ratable reduction in the Reach Up program.
