Act No. 11 (H. 41). An act relating to referral of domestic and sexual violence cases to
community justice centers
Subjects: Community justice centers; domestic and sexual violence
This act permits domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking cases to be referred to
a community justice center that has a current and executed memorandum of
understanding with a local member organization of the Vermont Network Against
Domestic and Sexual Violence that follows protocols set forth by the General Assembly
and reviewed for compliance by the Community Justice Unit of the Attorney General’s
Office.
