Department of Housing and Community Development; housing development database. Requires every locality with a population greater than 3,500 to annually report to the Department of Housing and Community Development various data for new and existing housing developments no later than March 1. The bill further directs the Department of Housing and Community Development to make such data publicly available in a centralized, machine-readable, screen reader compatible database that is updated annually.
