State Council of Higher Education for Virginia; public institutions of higher education; certain annual student demographic data. Requires the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia to include in its uniform, comprehensive data information system annual data on the enrollment of Virginia students, non-Virginia students, and international students. The bill requires the Council, to the extent permitted by applicable state and federal law, to post data collected pursuant to such system publicly and conspicuously on its website.
