Marcus Alert Evaluation Task Force creation. Requires the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to convene a Marcus Alert Evaluation Task Force to assist in determining the effectiveness of the Marcus Alert system. This bill is a recommendation of the Behavioral Health Commission.
