Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission; submission of annual report. Provides that the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission shall submit its annual report to the Chairmen of the House and Senate Committees for Courts of Justice and to any other member of the General Assembly who requests such report on or before December 1 of each year. Under current law, the Commission is required to publish its annual report.
