Title of purchase; judicial sale; application to divorce or equitable distribution proceedings. Specifies that the provisions providing that the title of a purchaser at a confirmed sale of property made under a decree of a court shall not be disturbed unless within 12 months from such confirmation the sale is set aside by the trial court or an appeal is taken do not apply to the sale of property under a decree of court in any divorce proceeding or proceeding to equitably divide property and debts of parties to a divorce.
