Hospitals; reports of threats or acts of violence against health care providers. Requires hospitals in the Commonwealth to report any threat or battery perpetrated against a health care provider while on the premises and engaged in the performance of his duties to the Department of Health. The bill requires hospitals to report relevant data quarterly and directs the Department to publish aggregate numbers on its website.
