Department of Education; review of textbook review process to identify opportunities to include high-quality instructional materials. Directs the Department of Education, in consultation with experienced teachers, division-level content specialists, and subject matter experts, to evaluate its current textbook review process for the purpose of identifying opportunities to include high-quality instructional materials and to submit a report on its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Chairs of the Senate Committee on Finance and Appropriations and the House Committee on Appropriations by November 1, 2025.
