Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; regulations impacting providers; report. Directs the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to review its regulations that impact providers licensed by the Department and develop reforms to increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, and decrease regulatory burdens on providers. The bill requires the Department to report its recommendations to the Chairmen of the Senate Committee on Education and Health and the House Committee on Health, Welfare and Institutions by November 1, 2023. This bill is identical to HB 2255.
