This bill modifies provisions related to government records access. This bill: - prohibits an individual who is the subject of a record request from:classifying a record responsive to the record request;participating in the governmental entity's review of or response to the record request; andparticipating in an appeal related to the record request; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
