This bill modifies and enacts provisions related to public school transportation funding.
This bill:
- amends provisions to allow a charter school to be eligible for state transportation funding beginning on a certain date;
- requires the State Board of Education to conduct a study related to charter school transportation funding;
- creates reporting requirements;
- creates a sunset provision; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
