This resolution amends the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
This resolution:
- amends Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 1, to add a definition;
- amends Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 42, to address the transfer of an action in the district court when a three-judge panel is convened;
- amends Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 63, to address the disqualification of a judge on a three-judge panel in the district court; and
- amends Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 63A, to address the change of judge as a matter of right with regard to a three-judge panel in the district court.
