This resolution recognizes the Utah Property Rights Coalition for contributions to land use policy.
This resolution:
- acknowledges private property rights as a foundational principle of Utah's constitutional, legal, and economic framework;
- recognizes the contributions of the Utah Property Rights Coalition in advocacy, education, and stakeholder engagement; and
- recognizes the Utah Property Rights Coalition's longstanding commitment to and contributions in land use policy at the local and state levels.
