This bill enacts provisions related to social services programs. This bill: - amends provisions related to the Medicaid program, including:work requirements for certain Medicaid enrollees;verification standards for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS);citizenship requirements;procedures for disenrolling individuals no longer eligible for Medicaid due to death or state residency requirements; andlimiting retroactive eligibility; - amends provisions related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, including provisions related to:work requirements; andcitizenship; and - creates reporting requirements.
