This bill provides labeling requirements for menstrual products. This bill: - requires a manufacturer of menstrual products sold in the state to list certain chemicals and intentionally added ingredients on the packaging of the menstrual product; - authorizes the Division of Consumer Protection to:make rules; and enforce labeling requirements; - defines terms; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
