This bill modifies provisions regarding municipal services districts.
This bill:
- requires a municipal services district to fulfill certain duties when providing planning or zoning services to a municipality;
- requires a municipal services district to ensure that at least one board member or one district employee is available in any public meeting in which a municipal legislative body considers a recommendation or proposal regarding planning or zoning that is prepared by the municipal services district; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
