This bill addresses a report regarding child welfare fatalities.
This bill:
- clarifies that the report provided to the Child Welfare Legislative Oversight Panel and the chairs of the Health and Human Services Interim Committee by the fatality review committee within the Division of Child and Family Services should not be fully redacted; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
