This bill addresses provisions related to Medicaid hospital provider assessments and payment rates. This bill: - addresses provisions related to the calculation of: the Medicaid hospital provider assessment; and the Medicaid accountable care organization rate structure to include certain quality incentive arrangements; - permits funds from the Hospital Provider Assessment Expendable Revenue Fund to be used to support the implementation of provisions of this bill; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
