This bill addresses a study for the creation of Gooseberry Narrows State Park.
This bill:
- defines the gooseberry narrows;
- requires the Division of State Parks (division) to study the feasibility and potential cost of developing and constructing a state park and dam in the gooseberry narrows; and
- requires the division to report the results of the study to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee.
