This bill addresses law enforcement agency use of artificial intelligence. This bill: - defines terms; - amends provisions regarding law enforcement artificial intelligence policies; - requires a law enforcement agency to publicly post certain information, including:the law enforcement agency's policies concerning the use of generative artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence technology; andhow the law enforcement agency uses certain artificial intelligence technology settings; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
