This bill requires a local education agency (LEA) to report open enrollment data to the State Board of Education (state board) and requires the state board to publish that data.
This bill:
- requires an LEA to report open enrollment data to the state board;
- requires the state board to publish open enrollment data and contact information for open enrollment staff; and
- makes technical changes.
