This bill enacts provisions related to health care preceptorships.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- creates the Preceptor Fund as an expendable revenue account;
- authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to make payments from the account to health care providers;
- authorizes rulemaking; and
- requires the Division of Professional Licensing to accept donations as part of the health care provider licensing process.
