This bill addresses social services funding. This bill: - provides that interest earned on money in the Medicaid ACA Fund shall be deposited into the General Fund; - requires immunosuppressive drugs to be added to the Medicaid preferred drug list; - requires the Department of Health and Human Services (department) to: transition the state's Children's Health Insurance Program from a separate program, to providing benefits under the state's Medicaid program; andafter the transition, to the extent possible, provide dental services to individuals covered by the Children's Health Insurance Program through the University of Utah School of Dentistry; - requires certain funds to be distributed from the Electronic Cigarette Substance and Nicotine Product Proceeds Restricted Account for substance use treatment and prevention services; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
