This bill amends requirements related to nursing care facility program Medicaid certification.
This bill:
- amends a permitted extension of the time period for certifying a nursing care facility program that was previously Medicaid certified under certain circumstances;
- provides that a previously-approved two-year extension may be extended to four years under certain circumstances; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
