This bill addresses street medicine.
This bill:
- directs the University of Utah Health to study the feasibility of providing a street medicine program;
- requires reporting;
- requires the Department of Health and Human Services (the department) to develop a guide for street medicine providers;
- grants the department rulemaking authority; and
- defines terms.
