This resolution amends the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
This resolution:
- amends Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 42, to address separate trials in a medical malpractice action and transfer to a district court panel;
- makes technical and conforming changes; and
- includes a coordination clause with S.J.R. 5, Joint Resolution Amending the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, to address the coordination clause in S.J.R. 5.
