This bill addresses wage standards for construction projects. This bill: - defines terms; - directs the Labor Commission to determine the wages for the occupations a construction project requires for each county; - establishes:a wage minimum that a contractor may pay a qualifying employee; a recordkeeping requirement; andthe penalties for noncompliance; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
