This bill amends the criminal offense of emergency reporting abuse.
This bill:
- adds new penalties to the criminal offense of emergency reporting abuse;
- adds a coordination clause to coordinate changes in the criminal offense of emergency reporting abuse made in S.B. 99, Emergency Reporting Offense Amendments, if this bill and S.B. 99 both pass and become law; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
