This resolution amends court rules of procedure.
This resolution:
- amends Rule 4 of the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure to address the time for parties to appeal a judgment in certain election cases;
- amends Rule 6 of the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure to address the payment of a cost bond on appeal;
- amends Rule 30 of the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure to address the time for an appellate court to decide an appeal in certain election cases;
- amends Rules 58A and 73 of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure to address filing a motion for attorney fees in certain election cases; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
