This resolution:
- reaffirms the constitutional and statutory role of the Legislature in redistricting;
- condemns actions that ignore the Utah Constitution and Proposition 4;
- rejects the unconstitutional use of the special interest groups' congressional map; and
- urges the judicial branch to safeguard the text of the Utah Constitution.
