This bill creates the Homelessness in Vulnerable Populations Task Force.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- creates the Homelessness in Vulnerable Populations Task Force (task force);
- requires the task force to assess housing needs in certain counties for certain individuals ahead of the 2034 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games;
- requires the task force to report to the Economic and Workforce Services Development Interim Committee; and
- provides a sunset date.
