This rules resolution modifies the duties of a House standing committee.
This resolution:
- defines terms;
- when considering legislation that proposes to make an occupation a regulated occupation, requires a House standing committee to determine whether the Office of Professional Licensure Review conducted a sunrise review of the occupation; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
