This bill modifies the State Construction Code.
This bill:
- amends the State Construction Code to address updated standards in the:
International Building Code;International Energy Conservation Code;International Existing Building Code; International Fuel Gas Code; International Mechanical Code; International Plumbing Code; International Residential Code; andInternational Swimming Pool and Spa Code.
- removes the regulation of water heaters in certain areas; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
