This bill repeals provisions relating to the Office of Professional Licensure Review.
This bill:
- repeals the requirement that before a legislator introduces legislation to make an occupation a regulated occupation, an individual making a request that an occupation become a regulated occupation submit an application for sunrise review to the Office of Professional Licensure Review; and
- makes technical changes.
