This bill creates a classic vehicle designation for older vehicles, replacing the vintage vehicle designation.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- removes emissions testing requirements for some vehicles;
- removes the vintage vehicle designation;
- creates the classic vehicle designation; and
- makes technical changes.
