This bill amends provisions related to school community councils. This bill: - removes provisions related to a school community council's:digital citizenship requirements;parent members who are local education agency employees; anddevelopment of certain principles; - requires a certain annual report to a school community council; - requires documentation of certain votes; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
