This bill ensures students meeting graduation requirements can participate in graduation ceremonies.
This bill:
- requires an LEA to allow any student receiving a diploma to participate in graduation ceremonies, including students in online programs, except when significant safety concerns exist;
- requires ard of Education oversight of local graduation policies; and
- makes conforming changes.
