This bill expands on a requirement to provide instruction in human development. This bill: - expands on a requirement to provide instruction in human development; - requires an LEA to:include certain videos during instruction on human growth and development; andmake instructional materials available to a student's parent upon request; - requires the State Board of Education to:publish a list of materials;conduct audits to verify compliance; andpublish audit findings; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
