This bill expands on a requirement to provide instruction in human development. This bill: - expands on a requirement to provide instruction in human development to require an LEA to:include a certain video during instruction on human development;make instructional materials available to a student's parent upon request; andmake a certain assurance to the State Board of Education (state board); - requires the state board to publish a list of materials; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
