This bill addresses when a government entity is required to provide an electronic filing option to a person submitting information to the government entity.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- requires state and local government to provide an electronic option for filling out forms and for submitting forms, records, and other information; and
- provides certain exceptions to the requirement described in the preceding paragraph.
