This bill addresses selling or dispensing ivermectin without a prescription. This bill: - defines terms; - permits a pharmacy, a pharmacist, and other persons licensed under Title 58, Chapter 17b, Pharmacy Practice Act, to dispense and sell ivermectin: without a prescription; and without requiring consultation with a practitioner licensed to prescribe drugs or any other health care provider; and - makes technical and conforming changes.
