This bill makes technical corrections to the Utah Code.
This bill:
- modifies parts of the Utah Code to make technical corrections, including:
eliminating or correcting references involving repealed provisions;eliminating redundant or obsolete language;making minor wording changes;updating cross-references; andcorrecting numbering and other errors; and
- amends the Sunset Act and the Repeal Dates by Title Act to:remove duplicated sections regarding the School Security Task Force; andrepeals sunset and repeal dates that have passed and taken effect.Statutes affected:
