This bill amends provisions related to certain controlled substances.
This bill:
- amends provisions related to providing psilocybin and methylenedioxymethamphetamine;
- provides for the automatic rescheduling a certain type of psilocybin if rescheduled by the federal government; and
- extends a repeal date.
