This bill addresses the diagnosing of an autism spectrum disorder.
This bill:
- amends the definition of "diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder" in Title 31A, Insurance Code, to include assessments, evaluations, or tests performed by additional licensed professional; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
