This bill enacts the Earned Wage Access Services Act.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- enacts provisions related to earned wage access services, including provider registration and renewal;
- directs the Division of Consumer Protection to administer and enforce the Earned Wage Access Services Act;
- provides penalties for violation; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
