This bill relates to the recycling of glass.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- requires the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (division) to study how to increase the amount of used glass for recycling;
- requires the division to report findings and recommendations to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee; and
- provides a repeal date for the study.
