This bill enacts the Uniform Recognition of Canadian Domestic Violence Protection Orders Act.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- enacts the Uniform Recognition of Canadian Domestic Violence Protection Orders Act;
- provides a severability clause; and
- makes technical and conforming changes.
