This bill creates a grant program for the installation and maintenance of public bicycle racks.
This bill:
- defines terms;
- creates the Bike Rack Matching Grant Pilot Program within the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity;
- grants rulemaking authority to the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity;
- establishes a sunset date for the pilot program; and
- appropriates funding.
