This bill amends provisions regarding qualifications for an approved subcontractor for the Division of Facilities Construction and Management.
This bill:
- defines terms related to subcontractors;
- requires subcontractors to offer qualified health insurance to employees of the subcontractor;
- requires subcontractors to provide certain additional information to be a qualified vendor with the Division of Facilities Construction and Management;
- requires any subcontractor performing work under a contract with the Division of Facilities Construction and Management to be a qualified vendor; and
- makes technical changes.
